LANGUEDOC ROUSSILLON

Village du Bosc

The Village du Bosc is located in the Hérault valley -- a setting with a variety of history-laden landscapes -- and only half an hour away from Montpellier, the coast and near a free highway.

Things to do: walk or ride on horse on the roads that pilgrims used to take to Santiago de Compostela or the Route du Sel, climb the cliffs of Saint-Guilhem le Désert or walk the shores of the 880-hectare lake Salagou near the medieval city of Clermont-l'Hérault. The Village du Bosc has a southern exposure and is in a green valley giving onto lake Salagou which means that all water sports and activities are within reach. The Village du Bosc is a pristine 80-hectare site consisting of a restored 17th century building, a swimming pool, a barbecue grill and 100 very roomy camping and caravaning allotments, and 33 rental bungalows and caravans all spread out over 9 hectares. - Ricazouls
